Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the user's browser on visit and reads back on subsequent requests. They are used to operate the site, remember settings, measure audience and assess service effectiveness. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), tracking pixels and anonymised device identifiers.

Every cookie set by the site belongs to one of the categories below.

• strictly necessary — required for the site and the account cabinet to function: user session (cookies session, cheapai_uid), administrator marker (cheapai_admin), Telegram Mini App context (cheapai_tg_app). Account login and paid features are not possible without them. These cookies do not require separate consent;
• analytics — collect anonymised visit statistics: pages opened, navigation paths, traffic sources. Used to improve the service. Data is processed by Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics in an anonymised form and is not linked to a specific Account;
• preferences — store language choice (NEXT_LOCALE), expanded/collapsed interface blocks and dismissal of the cookie notice banner (cheapai_cookie_dismissed).

The site does not set marketing or advertising cookies; no remarketing or cross-site tracking is performed. All cookies set by the site carry the HttpOnly flag (inaccessible to page scripts) and SameSite=Lax; in production the Secure flag (HTTPS-only transmission) is additionally set.

The site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to persist interface preferences and temporary data that need not be transmitted to the server:

• chat-playground settings — selected Model, web-search mode toggle, and the in-progress message input;
• when cloud storage is disabled — files attached to conversations are saved exclusively in your device's browser and are not available on other devices;
• UI-session identifiers and the state of expandable interface blocks.

The contents of localStorage are not transmitted to third parties. Clearing the browser history deletes this data.

For analytics the site invokes two third-party services that may set their own cookies in the user's browser:

• Yandex.Metrika (Yandex LLC, Russia) — provider terms and data processing rules are published at yandex.com/legal/metrica_agreement;
• Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — provider privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

The Service shares only anonymised behavioural data with these providers (URL, time, referrer, device type). No Balance information, Account identifier or request content is shared with third parties.

Session cookies are deleted automatically when the browser closes. Persistent cookies are kept according to the purpose of their category: user session — up to 30 days, technical preferences — up to 12 months, analytics identifiers of third-party providers — in accordance with the policies of Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics (typically up to 24 months).

You can delete stored cookies and block new ones via your browser settings at any time. Refer to your browser's help under «Privacy settings», «Cookies» or «Site data».

Refusing strictly necessary cookies will make it impossible to sign in and to top up the Balance. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect site functionality. To opt out of Google Analytics install the official browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The operator may unilaterally amend this Policy. The current version is published at /cookies with an effective date. Material changes will be notified on the site.
