How to activate a promo code
Promo codes are issued by the team for promo campaigns, support compensation, or partner referrals. Codes look like a 32-character hex string (for example 4a12fea4a56b4231bb588ed3233bac75). Activation credits your balance instantly — no payment provider, no webhook wait.
Get the code from us — it may arrive in Telegram bot @cheapai_bot, by email, or DM from support. Keep the code private — it works only once.
Open the top-up page — Top up → Promo code tab (login required). On the top-up page click the Promo code tab (the last one in the row).
Paste the code into the field labeled «Promo code» and click the green Activate button. The button stays disabled until the code is at least 4 characters.
On success you'll see a green message «Credited $X.XX». The balance in the header refreshes automatically — no manual reload needed.
What can go wrong
Check for extra spaces, mixed case, similar characters (O/0, l/1). The code is case-sensitive.
Each code works exactly once. If you didn't activate it — please contact support, we'll check the logs.
Some codes have an expiry date. Promo and event codes usually live 1–4 weeks. Contact support for a fresh one.
The code was revoked by an admin (anti-abuse, expired campaign, mistaken issuance).
Network or provider hiccup — try again in a minute. If it persists, contact support and share the exact code (we'll check what happened).
